Hello, and welcome to my site. I have been writing for as long as I can remember. I enjoy poetry, translation, short stories, teaching ESL and tutoring academic composition.
I received my MFA in Creative Writing and MA in English, Creative Writing, both with a concentration in Poetry, from San Francisco State University. My poetry has been published in the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Italy.
I received my BA in Creative Writing and Human Development from Eckerd College. I also hold a CELTA ESL teaching certificate granted by the University of Cambridge and have taught ESL to international students since 2014, starting in Turin, Italy, continuing to Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA, and onward to Budapest, Hungary. As of 2022, I have returned to New England.
In addition to writing, I enjoy landscape photography.
